Battle of the Biotech Bands Check Presentation

On May 30, the band Semi Good Lookin’ competed on behalf of the IFOPA in the Boston-based Battle of the Biotech Bands, winning $20,250 to support the IFOPA's mission. On August 28, representatives from Battle of the Biotech Bands and members of Semi Good Lookin’ presented a check to the IFOPA at the headquarters of Blueprint Medicines in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The band's drummer Faris Albayya works for Blueprint Medicines.

FOP Community member Claudia Cabrera, IFOPA Director of Research and Partnerships Adam Sherman, and IFOPA Community Fundraising Manager Cathryn Roys attended the special event.
