Create a Lasting Impact as a Member of the Jeannie L. Peeper Heritage Roll of Honor
When you plan a gift of any amount to IFOPA in your estate plans, you will become a member of the Jeannie L. Peeper Heritage Roll of Honor. This special group recognizes individuals and families who have thoughtfully included IFOPA in their long-term plans.
It's easier than you might think to arrange a gift to IFOPA through your will, trust, life insurance policy, or retirement accounts. These types of gifts, often called bequests or beneficiary designations, allow you to support IFOPA's important work for people living with FOP and their families for years to come.
You have several ways to include IFOPA in your plans:
- Your Will: You can include language in your will that directs a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or specific property to the IFOPA.
- Your Trust: Similar to a will, you can designate the IFOPA as a beneficiary in your trust documents.
- Life Insurance: You can name the IFOPA as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy.
- Retirement Assets: You can designate the IFOPA as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement accounts.
Have you already included the IFOPA in your estate plans, but haven’t let us know of your gift intentions? Please fill out this short form to let us know so we can update our records and thank you for your generosity.
Membership in the Jeannie L. Peeper Heritage Roll of Honor is by written confirmation. Qualifying gifts include those made through wills, trusts, life insurance or other retirement assets.
