Thursday, Nov. 14 (4 to 10 pm) – The Family Gathering will begin on Thursday afternoon with a joint reception and dinner with attendees from the Drug Development Forum. We will celebrate this rare opportunity to have researchers, clinicians and FOP families together at the same time. The reception will include scientific poster presentations which will allow families the opportunity to learn from researchers and ask questions. Throughout the weekend, participants will have the chance to participate in a variety of community activities such as participating in the IFOPA Biobank, visiting Resource Connect: Independent Tool for Everyday Living, sharing your FOP Story, shopping at the IFOPA store and having your photo taken by a professional photographer.
