FOP Preclinical Drug Testing Program

The IFOPA is excited to announce its first Call for Proposals for the FOP Preclinical Drug Testing Program. 

The Preclincial Drug Testing Program was created to lower the costs and barriers of evaluating promising therapeutics for FOP in in-vivo models of the disease. 

Any researcher, company or individual who is interested in nominating a compound to the FOP Prelinical Drug Testing Program needs to submit a proposal outlining the scientific rationale for the proposed compound(s) by August 31, 2020. 

Proposals will be confidentially evaluated and the winning proposal(s) will be announced by October 15, 2020.
