Did you know that you can complete your FOP Registry surveys using your iPhone? The IFOPA offers an iOS mobile app for the FOP Registry allowing individuals with FOP to complete Enrollment or Follow-Up Surveys directly from their iPhone or iPad. 

The app was developed to improve the participants’ experience while completing their surveys and to provide options that may better accommodate their lifestyle.
 
You can download your iOS mobile app by visiting the Apple App Store on your device and searching “FOP Registry.”  If you are interested in joining the FOP Registry, and participating in this important global study on FOP, visit fopregistry.org to learn more. 
 
The Registry development team is working on developing a mobile app for Android devices, which we anticipate to be available in 2021. Mobile apps in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish are also under development.
