Join Us for the 7th FOP Drug Development Forum in Toronto, Canada
The FOP Drug Development Forum (DDF) is the premier biennial international scientific conference focused on advancing the development of safe and effective medications to treat and prevent life-altering signs and symptoms of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP).
The International FOP Association (IFOPA) is pleased to announce that the 2026 DDF will be held in Toronto, Canada, August 27-30.
The DDF is a unique opportunity to share innovative research, foster collaboration, network, and advance therapies for people living with FOP.
Registration
Due to the content being shared, the DDF is a meeting designed only for researchers, clinician scientists, pharmaceutical/biotech employees, and employees of regulatory agencies.
As previously offered, there will be a virtual attendance option for the DDF. Attending virtually allows you to watch the sessions remotely. DDF sessions are NOT posted on the IFOPA website or YouTube channel. You must be registered to watch virtually or attend the DDF in person.
Your DDF registration fee includes the August 27 Welcome Dinner plus breakfast, lunch, and a reception with hors d'oeuvres on both August 28 and 29. Breakfast on August 30 is also included, along with coffee breaks each morning and afternoon. Please note that registration rates increase on June 1.
If you are an academic researcher or clinician scientist from a low- to middle-income country, your registration fee can be reduced to $200. Please keep in mind that the IFOPA is a nonprofit organization and doesn't profit from this conference. Please only request this registration fee reduction if absolutely necessary for your participation. Please email [email protected] and include your institution and country of origin. You will receive a code to reduce your registration fee.
The IFOPA offers a $50 discount for early-career scientists defined as graduate students and those within 2 years of their terminal degree (PhD or MD). Please email [email protected] with your details, and you will receive a code to reduce your registration fee.
