Paulina wanted more resources for herself and others living with FOP in their native language so she participated in Focus on 5 and then started the Ifopers Latino group to make sure other native Spanish speakers could learn and connect

Stephanie took advantage of programs for caregivers, found support and learned ways to take care of herself while she cares for her son who lives with FOP
