On May 30, 2024, the International Clinical Council on FOP updated its statement from earlier in 2024 on the use of off-label medications for the management of FOP.
This statement updates the recommendations from the ICC to include several new publications and brings attention to an important potentially severe medication interaction with palovarotene (also known as SohonosTM).
