Mary is a certified occupational therapy assistant at a rehabilitation hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and for the past 27 years has worked in a department which specializes in wheelchair evaluations, custom seating and assistive technology devices. Mary will share important considerations when planning for a power wheelchair, the assessment process, and how to advocate for the wheelchair options you may need to result in a well-configured seating system.
