Mobile App Now Available for iPhone Users
1. Why has the IFOPA developed an FOP Registry Mobile App?
The FOP Registry Mobile App has been developed to provide Registry participants with the flexibility to complete their Enrollment or Follow-up Surveys on their mobile device. This has been developed to improve the participants’ experience while completing their surveys, and to provide an option that may better accommodate their lifestyle.
2. What devices can I use with the Registry App?
The FOP Registry Mobile App is currently being released for the iPhone. At this time, you cannot use the app on your Android device. The Registry development team will soon begin developing the app for Android devices, which we anticipate will be available in the first half of 2021.
3. How do I get the FOP Registry Mobile App?
Simply go to the App Store on your iPhone, and search for ‘FOP Registry.’ You can download the app directly from the App Store.
4. How do I log in to the Registry App the first time?
Once you have downloaded the app, you can choose to ‘Join Now’ if you are a new participant, or you can choose ‘Sign In’ if you are a returning FOP Registry participant. If you already have a FOP Registry User ID, your login credentials will be the same as the Registry Web Portal.
5. Can I start a survey on the Web Portal and finish the survey on the Mobile App?
No. Once you have opened a survey in the Web Portal, it cannot be accessed in the Mobile App. Also, if you begin a survey in the Mobile App, you will need to complete this survey in the Mobile App.
6. When will the Registry App be available in other languages?
Soon! We are currently working with a translations vendor to have all survey content translated into the following languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. We anticipate having the Registry App available in these languages by early 2020.
