IFOPA Resource Referral Form for the Overcoming Obstacles Database
In order for everyone to benefit from the efforts of the past, the IFOPA is collecting the experiences, wisdom, adaptations, ideas, tools and other resources of the FOP community for inclusion in an online database of FOP resources called Overcoming Obstacles. Please complete a form for each idea, tool, adaptation or other resource that makes your day a little easier, safer, more functional, and less painful, despite FOP. Please include sources of helpful relevant information, such as organizations, web sites and catalogues. Electronic submissions are preferred. Completed paper forms should be sent no later than February 1, 2007 to the following person:
