Join the IFOPA

Membership in the IFOPA is open to anyone with an interest in the IFOPA. People with FOP, their family members and friends, as well as numerous medical professionals, all belong to our organization.

Becoming a member is as simple as filling out a form. Annual dues are $25 per year, though we offer sponsored memberships to those with FOP who are unable to afford dues.

Note: If you are a parent/guardian of a person with FOP, please fill out the appropriate Persons with FOP membership form (above) with your child's personal information (not the information of the parent/guardian) to account for your child's membership.
